As the owner of a successful marketing agency for over seven years, Erica has helped countless businesses grow and flourish in her community. She is also a nationally recognized, award-winning real estate agent, honored as a nominee for Best Real Estate Agent three years in a row, and a published children’s author. Fitness is another cornerstone of Erica’s life. A six-time nationally qualified bikini competitor, she embodies discipline, determination, and the pursuit of a healthy, active lifestyle. Her journey in fitness ultimately opened doors to the world of pageantry, where she discovered a platform to empower others and make a meaningful impact. Now a four-time titleholder and the reigning USOA Mrs. Kentucky, Erica proudly represents her home state with grace and purpose.
Erica’s dedication to service runs deep, stemming from her upbringing as the daughter of two Marines and her life as the wife of a retired Green Beret. Her personal experiences, including the loss of her father, inspired her to found The Resilience Foundation. Through initiatives like its flagship event, The Resilience Ruck, she champions veterans’ causes and mental health advocacy, raising awareness and vital support for heroes across the nation.
With her husband by her side, Erica travels the country for work, meeting incredible people and creating unforgettable memories along the way. Above all, she credits her family as her greatest source of inspiration and strength, exemplifying the love and unity of a modern, blended family. Guided by her faith, mindset, intentionality, and heart, Erica strives to leave a lasting legacy of empowerment, health, and service.

As a former USOA Ms. Mississippi 2022 and three-time USOA Mrs. Kentucky titleholder, Erica has dedicated herself to uplifting and empowering others both on and off the stage. While competing, she has won numerous awards and her roles in life as a mother, wife, entrepreneur, published author, and non profit leader have allowed her to continue to expand her impact throughout the pageant community and beyond. Pageantry has been a transformative experience, allowing her to become an authentic example of overcoming life’s challenges and offering a true desire to inspire and uplift others.
